What We Are Doing to Protect Your Health
Your health is our number one priority
MEND|RX Clinic Health and Safety
We’ve implemented several changes in how we operate.
We’re staggering session times to minimize overcrowding and we’re implementing a strict maximum capacity rule to ensure that we limit the number of individuals in the clinic at once.
Before Your Visit
Client Screening
It’s essential we know about the status of your health, so you’ll receive an online form to be completed the day before your session. This form is mandatory to help us determine if you're eligible to attend your appointment.
Team Screening
To ensure no possible COVID-19 risk, at the beginning of every shift, our team will complete a full health screening.
Checking-In
Time of Arrival
Please arrive for your session right on time, and not early, to keep any contact or crowding in our lounges to a minimum. Consider waiting outside or in your car if you’re comfortable and weather permits.
Plexiglass Divider
We've installed plexiglass shields on our front desks to protect you and our team.
Social Distancing
Markers have been installed as a guide of where to stand and sit. Please follow these closely to ensure a safe experience.
Upon Arrival at the Clinic
Our team will ask you a few quick questions to verbally confirm the status of your health and any potential COVID-19 contact.
Face Protection
Team members and clients are required to wear masks at all times. Please ensure you are wearing yours before entering the buidling.
Our Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures
We have added extra time to clean the treatment tables thoroughly between appointments, with Health Canada approved cleaning products.
Frequent hand-washing by all team members.
We’re completing a thorough sanitization of the full clinic every hour, monitored and checked by our team.
There is a designated area in our gym space to place any used equipment. This equipment will not be used again until it has been thoroughly sanitized.
All laundry is being sterilized after use
Our team member have designated clothing worn strictly for treatment and time-in-clinic only.
